Hi, I'm Surabhi. I created FC&P so I could spare myself from having to listen to my family groan every dinner when I inevitably began a sentence with "Did you know?" (and to also spare them from my endless infodumps).

I love going down Wikipedia rabbit holes, reading, poetry, and art. So here I am, putting all of them together in this mixed bag of a blog.

I am also a huge news enthusiast who is often disappointed by present-day reportage, which is why I rather enjoy well-rounded explainers, and I hope to write them just as well as the ones I enjoy reading!
